Roles
There are many stakeholders involved in project conveyancing, and OPEX caters for each of them with specialised access and tools based on each persons role in the conveyancing process.

Law Firm/Conveyancer
As a conveyancer, I can create master contracts with a simple "drag and drop" interface and manage all my projects, contracts and communication in one place.
I can easily connect my projects and contracts to PEXA Projects when it comes time for settlement. I also control who I invite onto the platform as the primary user of OPEX.

Property Developer
As a property developer, I can view all my projects in one place, sign all contracts and see the status of sales without having to call my lawyer. I can customise each project with signing orders or review and then send contracts back to the law firm under POA.

Marketing Agent
As an agent, I can submit digital sales advices, access marketing materials from the developer and view all the projects I’m selling. I can see the status of all contracts I have permission to view, and even create a contract of sale using the published master contract.

Financier
As a financier using OPEX, I no longer need to rely on manual spreadsheets to verify pre-sales! I get read-only access to all the projects I am funding including sales and contract data. I can view the complete list of executed contracts including a full digital audit trail of their preparation, signing and execution. I can even export all this data if needed.

Purchaser
As a buyer of a lot or apartment selling via OPEX, I can access and e-sign my contract on my mobile phone, a tablet or computer. My contract is protected by a unique SMS code. I also know my solicitor or conveyancer has likely reviewed and approved the contract before it comes to me for signing.

Purchaser's Solicitor
As a purchaser’s solicitor, I can sign documents like a Section 66W certificate in NSW using OPEX. I can review my client’s contract on my phone, a tablet or computer. I can also select pre-approved special conditions from the vendor’s solicitor or request one of my own. All the communication around contract variations is managed on OPEX.
