In today's update we've added support for general residential conveyancing in Queensland, meaning OPEX users in Queensland can create a contract of sale for any residential property.
Support for New South Wales and Victoria will be released in the near future.
Resale Contracts
You'll find a new menu option under Contracts called "Resale Contracts" - from here you can create a new contract of sale.

Contract Templates
The latest REIQ QLS templates are pre-loaded in this version of OPEX, meaning you do not need to setup anything - simply navigate to "Contracts > Resale Contracts", click "New Contract" and fill out the relevant details.

If you don't want to use the REIQ QLS contract templates, or you're not a member of the Queensland Law Society, you can still upload your own via the "Settings" menu, just look for "Contract Templates" and "Master Contracts" - this works much like the Contract Templates in Projects.
...but if you're happy with the REIQ QLS contracts, you can ignore this. 😉

Resale Contract Settings
Contract workflow and options for Resale Contracts can be configured in the system Settings menu, just look for the "Resale Contract Settings" option.
