In this update we tweaked a number of features based on your feedback, and added a new option in project settings.
Here's a summary of what's included in this release:
A new option in project settings that forces all contracts to be sent directly to the vendors lawyer for signature under POA - this removes the need for the vendor to login to approve contracts
Guarantors can now have the same email address as a purchaser, and when they do can sign as both the purchaser and guarantor in a single session
Initials panels are no longer automatically added to 'additional attachments' in contracts
The purchaser solicitor "Fax" field has been replaced with a "Phone" field, and the merge data updated accordingly
New POA Setting
Have a vendor that wants you to take care of business and doesn't want to hear from you until the project is all sold? Have we got the solution for you! Simply turn on the new project setting called "Send contracts directly to the Seller Solicitor for signing under POA" and contracts will come to you as soon as they're signed by the buyer - ready for execution under power of attorney.
